Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain a return authorization using the Return Center.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN ONE OF OUR RETAIL STORES: For your convenience, we accept online returns at ECOFUSHION stores (only stores in the USA excluding Colorado, Utah, and Savannah, GA locations). We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items (price ending in .99), masks, mask filters, earrings, and anything else labeled Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. All handbags, clothing/apparel, and accessories must have the original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging (polybags with UPC for apparel/clothing and accessories) to the store. Make sure you have the order number or the email confirmation sent after an order is placed. The retail store address will be included in the confirmation email. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.

RETURN VIA MAIL: You can print a shipping label and drop off your return at a FedEx location. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable, and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued. Start by visiting our Returns Center. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.

Please Note: Clearance items, masks, mask filters, necklace, rings and earrings may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. All purchases are final on clearance items, masks, mask filters , necklace, rings earrings, E-Gift Cards, and standard Gift Cards.

ECOFUSHION guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing service@typegoti.com, live chat, or calling 1-888-ECOFUSHION.

ECOFUSHION merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

EXCHANGES We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand, and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore, we suggest you place a new order for the style, color, size you want, and then call customer service at 1-888-ECOFUSHION to get a return authorization and a prepaid FedEx shipping label to send the item back to us as a return. When you call customer service, please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange, and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.

If a product or service offered on the Company Sites is not as described, you may return the item, as specified in Terms of Purchase.
